Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers wonderful views from the rooms, but they are very dated. Despite the picturesque views, the property would greatly benefit from a renovation. Service is devoted to kids activities and provides a wide range of entertainment options. The location is fantastic, especially for families with kids, offering proximity to a shopping mall and restaurants. Dining options are varied but can be chaotic during peak times. Overall, the facilities are decent but may require some upgrades.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although not exactly as portrayed in the pictures from Booking, were spacious with a marvelous view of the ocean and featured two comfortable king-sized beds. Unfortunately, the lack of functioning Wi-Fi in the room and the disruptive noise from people passing through the hallway to the bungalows at night were drawbacks. After a 20-hour wait, the staff finally relocated us to another room. The kids' playroom facilities were off-limits during theater shows, and the breakfast area was consistently overcrowded during my stay.
After a few hiccups with the initial room, I finally got moved to a better one. The Ocean Palace rooms were a bit cold due to excessive AC, and getting help was challenging. The place has its perks but also has room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a rollercoaster of experiences. While my room was a complete disaster with numerous issues, I did get to enjoy watching a World Cup football match with a great view of the sea, which was a highlight. The hotel's cleanliness and view made up for the room problems.
I had a delightful stay at this beachfront hotel. The rooms were lovely, right in front of the beach with a small terrace to enjoy the view. The service was top-notch, especially in helping us organize day trips along the coast. The location was simply amazing, with breathtaking views of Ponta Negra Beach. The dining experience offered a variety of options, although it could have been slightly better. The facilities were excellent, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall.
The hotel offers wonderful views but is very dated and in need of modernization. Rooms lack privacy due to a glass window separating the bathroom, and the actual condition does not match the Booking pictures. The noise from the hallways at night can be disturbing, and the staff's response to issues was slow. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's location is amazing with a beautiful beach right in front.
My stay at the hotel was quite lovely. The room was nice, right in front of the beach with a small terrace to enjoy the view, although it seemed a bit worn. The breakfast was alright, but the black glass sliding doors made it feel like a cave, hindering the beautiful sea view. However, the efficient service and friendly staff made the experience enjoyable.
The hotel offers wonderful views but is in need of remodeling as the rooms are dated. Some maintenance issues like humidity stains, broken faucets, and limited TV channels affect the overall experience. However, the location is superb just in front of the beautiful beach.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms were not as depicted in the booking pictures, the Wi-Fi in the room didn't work, and it was noisy at night with people using the hallway to access the bungalows. After a lengthy 20 hours, the staff eventually moved us to another room, but the kids' playroom facilities were unavailable during a theatre event. The breakfast area was consistently crowded, causing some inconvenience, and the overall condition of the hotel seemed a bit dated, needing renovation.
The bungalow I stayed in was a bit tired but offered a unique experience, despite being noisy due to its location by the road. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to help out and make my stay better. The location was great overall, with lovely pools and a nice view, although it could get overcrowded during breakfast. The dining options were average, ranging from seafood to meat dishes, and the hotel facilities were satisfactory.
